You’ll find an inclusive environment where you can be yourself and where everyone is driven by the same purpose – helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world.We always go the extra mile by giving our customers fast access to treatment and helping them get the specialist mental health support they need.Role OverviewYou will contribute to the provision of a high-quality service to Bupa Health Clinics & UK Insurance Customers, Clients, Partners, and Providers by working closely with operational staff members within Wellbeing Support Services at all levels.You will be supporting Bupa EAP which is one of Europe’s leading providers of counselling services and Employee Assistance Programmes. Employee assistance programmes (EAP) are an employee benefit that provides teams with support and practical advice on issues that might be impacting their wellbeing and performance.What you’ll do:Work alongside our inhouse Counsellors, Mental Wellbeing Practitioners, CBT Therapists and Psychologists.Booking clients in for Mental Health Appointments with our internal and external teamsRescheduling Mental Health appointmentsWorking several mailboxes to support clients, companies, and external 3rd parties with their queriesUpdating client files with personal data, noting of any changes at anytimeData input manually and automatically via uploadsProcessing, auditing, and checking invoices receivedWorking with our 3rd parties to correct any invoicing queriesMaking payments to our 3rd parties’ companies and therapists.Provide MI data our companies when requestedAd-hoc queriesAdhere to and demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of Bupa’s products, policies, and proceduresSupporting other teams within our areaWorking towards tight Service Level AgreementsWhat you’ll bring:PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages.
