We operate from Dublin, London, New York and LA and work with clients all over the world.About the RoleCatapult is seeking a motivated and hardworking Graduate Creative Producer to join our Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the creative process and event production and develop your career in a fast-paced, creative environment.As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the production of innovative projects and events. Full training on our systems and processes will be provided, and there is potential for this role to evolve into a permanent position for an exceptional candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Administrative SupportProvide comprehensive support to our Production and Creative Teams during the planning and delivery of events.Assist in pre-production tasks such as – Conducting research and venue searches.Liaising with suppliers to request quotes and information.Sourcing props and managing logistics, including orders, deliveries, and collections.Project CoordinationWork directly with a dedicated team to – Book and confirm venues, suppliers, and crew.Manage smaller-scale events, overseeing all pre-production elements.Develop and maintain project budgets.Draft production schedules and plan key deadlines.Collaborate with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Operational & General DutiesMaintain and update supplier and venue databases.Assist with the organisation and inventory of the storage unit.Attend meetings, site visits, and onsite event work as required.What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills and KnowledgeProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Familiarity with Google Drive applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs).Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred ExperienceQualification in Event Management (not essential but advantageous).Experience in event planning or working onsite at events.Previous internship or work placement with an Event Production Agency is highly desirable.What We OfferA supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow.Hands-on experience working on exciting and varied projects.Potential for career development within Catapult for standout performers.How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about event production and excited to kickstart your career in a creative and fast-paced role, we’d love to hear from you!
