Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWhat You’ll Be Doing:As a key member of the team, you’ll provide vital support to project managers and engineers. Your role will include:

  • Administrative support – minute-taking during meetings, maintaining efficient filing systems, and assisting with procurement requests.
  • Managing project documentation – logging, compiling, and distributing items such as design packs, BOMs, and change requests.
  • Organising travel and accommodations – acting as the go-to contact for all travel-related needs within your projects.
  • Supporting project updates – scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder coordination – liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure everyone is on the same page.

This role also includes assisting with reports and providing occasional reception or office cover when required.About you:To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven background in office administration.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and the confidence to prioritise workloads.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude to tackle tasks independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with document control or engineering-related documentation would be a bonus but isn’t essential.
