In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the international carbon analysis and ESG reporting strategy, driving impactful initiatives, and helping the organisation achieve its long-term sustainability goals.What You’ll Be Doing:Being a central Role in Sustainability Initiatives:Serve as the main point of contact across the organization for sustainability analysis. Collaborate with business units to advance various initiatives, such as aligning with relevant frameworks and standards or identifying innovative ways to position the company as a sustainability leader.Managing Global Data Operations:Oversee sustainability data collection, calculation, and reporting processes globally. Lead efforts to enhance and innovate these systems continuously.Collaborating Across Teams:Work with diverse departments and teams across geographies to drive shared sustainability objectives.Horizon Scanning and Strategy Development:Stay informed about sustainability trends, regulations, and opportunities, using insights to shape the organization’s strategy and actions.What You’ll Bring:Proven Expertise in ESG Reporting:A strong track record in developing and delivering ESG reporting strategies, including managing data collection and analysis to drive meaningful outcomes.Effective Communication and Influence:Exceptional skills in engaging with a range of stakeholders, tailoring your approach to suit different audiences and ensuring efficient collaboration.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with GHG accounting and reporting standards, such as the GHG Protocol, ISO 14083, IFRS S1 & S2, and similar methodologies.Collaborative Mindset:A global perspective and a passion for working with teams across regions and topics to achieve shared goals.Why Apply?Even if you don’t meet every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply.
