We have an exciting opportunity for a band 3 receptionist/administrator to join our Eating Disorder Service team based in our new site, Health @ the Stowe in West London.The Vincent Square Eating Disorder Service offers a range of specialist services for women, men, children and young people who are suffering with any form of an eating disorder. The service provides a various range of treatments, including assessment and community, outpatient therapy, day programme services and inpatient care across different sites.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated receptionist to provide an important and efficient administrative service supporting the outpatient eating disorder team at Health @ the Stowe. The role will include the welcoming and directing of all service users and visitors to the appropriate personnel, manning the reception desk, answering the phones and emails and assisting in maintaining a safe environment for all patients, visitors and staff.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be based on-site and will be involved in the day to day running of the outpatient ED department.   • Educated to Diploma level or NVQ Level 3
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent

Desirable

  • European Computer Driving License (EDL)

Knowledge & ExperienceEssential

  • Demonstrable previous administrative experience
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Experience of working in NHS or similar environment with day to day contact with both professionals and members of the general public
  • Experience of processing complex referrals

Desirable

  • Experience of working in the NHS within a Mental Health setting
