Job Title: Engineering Team Leader
Location: Grimsby
Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights followed by 4 days off

- Strategic Leadership: Promote transparent and professional management, aligning with site goals and values.
- Maintenance Excellence: Drive high standards of maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements.
- Team Coordination: Lead daily plan briefings, shift handovers, and collaborate with broader engineering teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Report on KPIs, analyse results, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Contractor Oversight: Ensure the safe and efficient management of contractors.
- Project Management: Balance priorities and projects to meet immediate and long-term site objectives.
We’re Looking for Someone Who: Engineering Team Leader
- Holds a recognized engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
- Possesses Level 3 Food Hygiene and Level 3 HACCP certifications (or equivalent).
- Has a proven track record of delivering objectives and key metrics.
- Is confident in presenting, communicating, and negotiating with professional peer groups.
- Can work effectively in a matrix structure, drawing on external skills to achieve local goals.
- Leads by example, fostering a motivated and high-performing team culture.
