Role: Fire and Security Engineering SupervisorLocation: LondonSalary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annumTechnical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Engineering Supervisor in London who will combine both a supervisory and hands-on role, overseeing engineers while also actively participating in the installation and commissioning of systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in leading teams on-site to ensure project success.Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise engineers on-site, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Train and mentor engineers, ensuring high standards and compliance with project specifications.
• Review engineer’s work for quality assurance and adherence to technical specifications.
• Order necessary stock and equipment to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct health and safety checks to ensure that all safety standards are upheld.
• Actively participate in installation and commissioning activities, providing hands-on expertise.
• Travel to various project sites, primarily in London and the South East, with occasional travel further afield.
• Communicate regularly with Directors, providing updates and resolving any issues.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan and execute project activities efficiently.

Experience and Certifications Required:

• Strong experience in Fire & Security system installation and commissioning.
• Previous experience in supervising engineering teams and working hands-on.
• Knowledge of Fire & Security systems and related standards.
• Health & Safety certification and awareness.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
