Enumerators in NES

1. Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in social sciences, statistics, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Experience: Previous experience as an enumerator or in data collection for NGOs or development projects is an asset.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage with respondents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and digital tools for survey collection.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic is required
• Personal Attributes:
  • Reliability and punctuality in adhering to the project’s timeline.
  • Respect for local customs and sensitivity to local cultures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for respondents’ privacy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
