Nursery Teacher – Derby£800 – £1115 per week (dependant on experience)About usConnex Education work with a number of schools in the Derby area to provide supply staff.All roles are available for immediate start, with both short-term and long-term positions on offer.What Connex Offers;

This role is to cover maternity leave from 10th Feb for potentially a full year. It’s 4 days a week, currently Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri but they can be flexible on the daysWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our vibrant early years setting. The successful candidate will help create an engaging, nurturing environment where young children can thrive and develop.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and development
• Work in partnership with parents/carers to support children’s learning and well-being
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS check required
