We’re collaborating with a market-leading, international underwriting group that’s driving change in the insurance sector, blending innovation with tradition.In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Underwriting Governance and Controls team, ensuring meticulous oversight and compliance across all underwriting processes. Your responsibilities will span:

• Maintaining and updating critical documentation such as Service Company Agreements, Underwriting Guidelines, and Authorities.
• Managing oversight processes including File Review, Peer Review, and Pre-Bind Quality Assurance to ensure full compliance with governance frameworks.
• Documenting and monitoring underwriting exceptions and breaches, tracking actions to resolution, and generating insightful reports to inform decision-making.
• Assisting in the development of governance policies and regulatory communications.

What You’ll Need:

• A foundational understanding of insurance or underwriting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with exposure to tools like Salesforce, Decision Focus, or PowerBI being advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a passion for collaboration, enabling you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
