Salary: Competitive hourly rate (£100 – £150 per day)

Join our team as a Cover Supervisor and play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment in secondary schools across Southampton.About the RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise whole classes during the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
- Provide support to students and help maintain a productive atmosphere.

- A strong interest in education or experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, mentoring, youth work).
