Join the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) as our PA to the Directors, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the success of our Senior Leadership Team.About UsAt ICE, we are dedicated to enabling lifelong learning and widening access to higher education. As part of the University of Cambridge, we design and deliver short courses, degree and postgraduate and qualifications across a broad range of disciplines. Based at the stunning Madingley Hall, a Grade I listed building with Capability Brown-designed gardens, we also host conferences and events, offering a blend of academic and cultural experiences.The RoleAs PA to the Directors, you’ll provide essential support to senior leaders, ensuring their time is managed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive diary management and scheduling.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Supporting committees and contributing to cross-team projects.

Your Skills and ExperienceWe’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Has excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Can handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities.

This is a part-time role (22 hours/week, 0.6 FTE), office-based for 40% of contracted hours.
