Healthcare Sous Chef-DBS NEEDEDBerkeley Scott, the country’s leading hospitality agency are looking for a Sous Chef to work with our healthcare client based in Southeast London.We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who can adapt to any working environment supporting teams in their time of need.This role is generally, Monday to Friday offering a variety of shift patterns starting from 7/8 and finishing at either 7/8pm (these times may vary), paying £18 an hour.Primary duties will include, ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard, cleaning and organising the food preparation area for Head Chef.To work for us in one of our Care homes you will need:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
- RTW in UK
- 2x Employment References
- 2 years’ minimum work experience in similar environment as a Chef
- Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 2 Food Safety Certificate)
- Excellent time keeping skills
