Established 35 years ago, we have become the market leader in global telehealth services and digital health solutions for an extensive client base of Fortune 500 companies, NGO’s and governments around the world.About the roleThe individual will work closely with Legal Counsels and the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business and administrative owners to draft contract templates and prepare them for configuration into CLM.The purpose of the role is to support with the maintenance of existing contract templates including their hyperlinks in CLM and increase the number of contracts that are available in CLM.Key responsibilities

  • Testing contract templates including associated hyperlinks in the CLM system
  • Clause tagging of finalised contract templates provided by the various business lines
  • Communication with regions to achieve sign-off
  • Correcting contract templates from CLM that have returned errors from user testing
  • Ad hoc tasks including but not limited to workflow review, contract flow testing, license creation

About you

  • Attention to detail, reviewing contracts for conformity to policies and identifying and assessing risks.
  • Initiative to problem-solve without supervision
  • Experience with user acceptance testing in systems is desirable
  • High degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness;
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment;
  • Proficient with MS Office
