This role is a key interface between the client and the various Service providers & will manage, administer and drive service delivery improvements through best practice.What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Roll-out – Support the global Nuvolo roll-out across managed buildings.
  • Day-to-day – responsible for overall integrity of the Nuvolo system, manage the Nuvolo work order process; manage the process to verify work order completion; continuous improvement.
  • Account Support – oversee proper system use and configuration to meet client objectives; serve as the single point of contact and SME to the JLL & client for all CMMS systems related questions, support issues, and requirements; support the account team users with general questions and other systems support requests.
  • System Admin – entering system data; requesting User IDs and passwords for new users; request system changes via Nuvolo Data Governance Process.
  • Account Training – provide new and advanced user training, new feature training to the account and client staff as required; responsible for system and user process documentation; developing new documentation as required and updates to existing documentation.
  • Performance management/reporting – production of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc account reporting (eg. work order activity, scheduled maintenance, service level compliance, labour reporting, project reporting, incident reporting and training); Review SLAs are correct operationally and within the system; data mining and trend analysis; analyse and develop data to support platform and enhancements.
  • Platform Support – identifying platform improvements in line with current best practice, clearly identifying gaps and requirements across business process and technology platforms; oversee the roll-out of enhancements and new functionality (PPM, Self-service, Inspection forms etc.) to maximize Nuvolo capability; support a pro-active operational continuous improvement regime; explore options to satisfy new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems.
  • Other systems – assist with development and training for facilities system integrations with ServiceNow. Assist with onboarding of FM and supplier staff.
  • Behaviours · Proactively communicate any operational matters of concern & potential issues with your line manager, ensuring resolution at an early stage.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in CMMS system
  • Experience in managing work order processes Strong system administration skills
  • Ability to provide user training and create documentation Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Project management skills for system roll-outs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations
  • Account management and client support experience

Desired or preferred experience & technical skills:

  • Knowledge of facility management operations
  • Experience with global system implementations
  • Familiarity with SLA management and compliance Advanced data mining and trend analysis skills
  • Understanding of best practices in CMMS and facility management systems
  • Experience in developing and implementing system enhancements
  • Ability to identify and bridge gaps in business processes and technology platforms
  • Proactive approach to operational improvements
  • Experience in onboarding FM and supplier staff
  • Adaptability to work with multiple systems and integrations
