We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who love to keep things organized and moving! As a Warehouse Assistant (Replenishment), you’ll be the backbone of our operations, picking stock with precision and navigating our warehouse If you’re a team player with a knack for efficiency and a passion for home furnishings, we want you on our team.Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive hourly rate of €15.25 per hour.
  • Nightshift allowance of £2.25 between the hours of 10pm & 6am.
  • 30 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7, & 3 out of 4 weekends. Starting from

4AM am till 10AM
20 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7, & 3 out of 4 weekends. Starting from
6AM am till 10AM

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, all you will need is

the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to prioritize and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
  • Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYContribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the store goods flow tasks.Contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work.Perform effectively the store goods flow operation and administrative tasks that support an efficient goods flow process.Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximise product availability for customers.Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building.Contribute to optimised goods flow operations in the store by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples.Be available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required.WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLEIt takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality.
