We deliver excellence and foster real and lasting relationships with our clients – priding ourselves on being straight-talking, loyal and innovative in addressing their needs.The roleWe are seeking a first-class Front of House colleague to work as part of a small team ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception service is provided for clients, guests, and colleagues. This is a varied role and would suit someone who has strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and stays composed in a fast-paced environment to create a seamless experience for all.Responsibilities

  • As the first point of contact you will play a crucial role in delivering a premier experience to our clients and visitors, greeting them in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promptly and professionally answering and screening incoming calls ensuring all calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and catering requests in an efficient manner and ensure all guests are registered with the main reception.
  • Assist in organising in-house events, including catering set-up, hospitality, and resetting office spaces, which involves a flexible approach to work out of hours as required.
  • Manage to day-to-day queries raised by the business to the Reception mailbox, responding in a timely manner to requests.
  • Assist couriers and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies, facilities maintenance and perform ad hoc administrative duties, regularly liaising with third party vendors and building management.
