Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Registered Professional to take on the role as Ward Manager for our inpatient ward at Ludlow Community Hospital.The post holder will be responsible for leading inpatient care services, working in conjunction with therapy, non-clinical, and corporate service leads to ensure that we provide the very highest staff and patient experience, supporting best clinical outcomes.Please note this vacancy may close early if a high volume of applications is received, we advise you submit your application early to avoid disappointment.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will lead the day to day operation of the inpatient nursing services within the hospital, taking overall responsibility for the line management of nursing staff and the provision of high quality services. • Knowledge and expertise through a combination of in depth experience and post graduate study.

• Recent experience of community working.
• Use of evidence based practice.
• Sound knowledge of the roles within a multidisciplinary team.
