As a valued member of our Admin Bank, you will play an essential role in supporting healthcare services across NHSGGC. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
