Overview

  • Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with clients.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM intiatives.
  • Manage and drive sales by understandting client desires.
  • Strives to offer the highest level of customer service and to constantly exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Client Book development and maintenance.
  • Suggest new arrivals to clients.
  • Actively supports the visual merchandising following the VM Specialist guidelines.
  • Works well in a team environment with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Completes assigned tasks by the management team.
  • Selling Ceremony ( develops sales, cross selling, and multiple sales).
  • Attends sales training activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous Retail Experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast phased environment.
  • Willingness to work in peak hours and weekends.
  • Passionate about Retail and have a people mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
