You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, commission research to support strategic goals, and guide others in developing their own analysis skills. While we prefer candidates based in the Yorkshire area, we are open to candidates from other locations, provided they can commute to one of our sites and occasionally to our Leeds office for team meetings. - Develop Insights: Draw actionable conclusions from data to guide decision-making and strategy.
- Present Findings: Create clear, easy-to-understand reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate: Work with teams and stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and ensure the data supports strategic goals.
- Support Strategy: Use insights to inform operational strategy and help improve overall performance.
- Commission Research: Organize and commission research and evaluations to support business and strategic objectives.
- Support Training: Help colleagues develop their data analysis skills by providing guidance and support.
