As an MNK Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful work that compliments the degree you are pursuing. Join us to get a sense of what it’s like to work at Mallinckrodt and gain the real-world experience you are seeking.SummaryThe Procurement Sourcing Analyst will lead a project developing a Procurement Sourcing Tool enabling Procurement Category Managers to have key data points readily available to aid their sourcing decisions. This project will include developing a categorization model utilizing UNSPSC (United Nations Standard Products and Services Code) for current suppliers and potential suppliers as well as performing a deep dive analysis of suppliers across several categories to drive sourcing options.This position is a Hybrid Role; Tuesday & Wednesday will be On-Site, while the others are remote.Program starts on May 20th and ends on August 1stEssential FunctionsWorking with internal stakeholders using design thinking concepts in the development of Procurement toolsWorking with large data sets mostly in excel or similar software systemsResearch and analyze procurement data and supplier market dataMinimum RequirementsEducation / Experience / Skills:Entering Graduate Degree Program, preferably in Supply Chain.Proficient in ExcelExperience Creating Pivot TablesWriting VBA MacrosExperience with analyzing data sets mostly in excel or similar software systemsOrganizational Relationship/Scope:Work with Direct Procurement Team.Work with facility level stakeholders in Specialty generics and Specialty Brands.Work with sourcing suppliers, as applicable.Disclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
