OverviewMcLemore is a well-established professional cleaning company with greater than 55 years of experience.Job Skills / RequirementsWe are seeking an Onsite Project Supervisor to join our professional services team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with customer and professional cleaning staff to deliver high standards of cleanliness for the facility. This position is for a school environment located in Charotte, NC.Responsibilities:– Ability to build good customer relationships and deliver above and beyond service expectations– Recruit, hire and supervise team of associates responsible for cleaning facilities– Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines– Conduct regular status updates and report project status to stakeholders– Assist with management of project budget, labor, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery– Conduct routine inspections for all shifts to ensure work efficiencies and employee moral– Ensure compliance with scope of work and meet project deadlines– Provide safety training, guidance and supervision to team membersRequirements:– Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required– Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role– Knowledge of professional cleaning/hospitality related field preferred– Excellent organizational and time management skills– Strong communication and interpersonal skills– Familiarity with floor equipment and processes is preferred but willing to train– Criminal background checK and drug screen requiredThis is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organization.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for managing projects successfully, we encourage you to apply.
