As an experienced Hornbill Product Manager / Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom workflows, integrations, and automations to streamline our IT operations and enhance user experience.If you are passionate about IT service management and have a keen interest in leveraging Hornbill to drive efficiency and innovation, we encourage you to apply.Interviews to take place on the 13th of FebruaryEssential:You will have:
- Considerable experience in developing and customising Hornbill workflows, forms, and automations
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL (E)
- Experience with API integrations and web services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
