Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team working on the National Action Plan (NAP) project in Iraq. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data related to the implementation and monitoring of the NAP. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that project data is accurately recorded, tracked, and reported, supporting key initiatives for national development and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain data related to the National Action Plan (NAP) in relevant databases and systems.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all entered data.
Cross-check and validate data to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare regular reports based on data entered, highlighting trends and insights related to the progress of the NAP.
Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary data and resolve any data-related issues.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and data.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, documentation, and other project materials.
