Red Sky are currently recruiting for an Automotive Parts Advisor working in a modern workshop at Gatwick airport.Automotive Parts Advisor Job Requirements:You must have at least 3 years Automotive Parts expereince to be considered.Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift & pallet jack)Good computer skills including the ability to learn several software applicationsMust be able to communicate fluently in the English language. Any additional languages are beneficial and would be considered an advantageStrong attention to detail and accuracyMechanical and Technical aptitude and/or experienceKnowledge and/or experience with industrial and automotive partsDirect experience with ground support equipment would also be considered an advantagePrevious experience with order processing/ Quotations/ Customer Service for clientsExperience interacting with clientsStrong command over Excel, Analytical experience/mindsetERP ExperienceAutomotive Parts Advisor Essential Duties, Responsibility, and Expectations:Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times.Reliable and maintains excellent attendance and punctuality.Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independentlyAble to self-motivate in a fast pace, multi-tasking environmentPerform cycle counts as requested.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)Correctly create Sales Orders and generate Invoices for all parts dispensed and sold.Source parts for customer with local/international suppliersKeep track of time to respond and other KPI`s and actively work on improving themComplete all duties assigned by OPS Supervisor and/or managerPicking up parts, put away received parts, collect transfer parts, create RMA, making images and etc.Automotive Parts Advisor Whats on Offer?Monday to Friday£33,000 pa + £1000 bonus based on KPIs
