Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.About the roleWe are looking for a Group Reporting and Change Manager to drive through change initiatives within the IFRS Reporting and Developments team as well as advise on accounting and reporting impacts of changes in products, investments and other business activity.As the Group Reporting and Change Manager you will implement changes in IFRS accounting standards and oversee adoption of sustainability IFRS.ResponsibilitiesProvide accounting and reporting (Muti-GAAP, including Solvency II) support on material finance transactions and projects for example mergers and acquisitions, new products, complex investments and other corporate initiatives.Drive the implementation of changes to IFRS accounting standards.Oversee the adoption of sustainability IFRSs, working with colleagues within both the IFRS Reporting and Developments team and in the wider business.Develop our thinking around technical and accounting changes insofar as they impact the Group, and working with the Consolidated reporting manager, keeping watch over developments within the industry and our competitors, and determining impacts to the Group.Work successfully with others in DB, Retail Actuarial, Finance, Risk and Sustainability, ensuring that the team is kept up to date with both the developing business (new products) and changing external environment, and their impact on reporting.Manage change activity to improve, enhance and in response to any business and regulatory changes.
