- Immediate temporary Office Clerk position
- Potential to extend
- Monday to Friday business hours, onsite role
Responsibilities:
- Assist with compiling personal income tax files
- Print and compile all documents, and financial statements
- Data entry of financial information
- Filing, typing and creating labels
- Assist clients with inquiries over the phone and in person as required
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Two plus years of office experience
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration
- Previous clerical experience with income tax files is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
