Job DescriptionFlood Risk ConsultantBristol£28,000 – £39,000We have the opportunity for a Flood Risk/Hydrology Consultant with 2+ years’ experience to join the Hydrology and Flood Risk team for a fantastic consultancy in Bristol.You would be working for a multi-disciplinary consultancy with office across the UK, working on a range of projects – notably Residential, Education and Commercial.The role includes a mixture of:
- Flood Risk Assessments
- Hydrological assessments
- Drainage design/strategy
- Flood Modelling
You would also be exposed to a mixture of flood alleviation studies, river restoration, and development work and gain experience with tendering/bids.What we need from you is:
- 2+ years of relevant experience, including completing FRA’s, hydrology reports
- CAD and GIS experience
- Good knowledge of land development, technical/planning guidance
- Experience with Environmental Impact Assessments
