Our Together for Ukraine initiative provides language learning, mentorship, and employment support to displaced Ukrainians.We are looking for a Volunteer Engagement Manager to help us strengthen relationships with our teachers, mentors, and beneficiaries. If you are passionate about education, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact, weβd love to have you on board!RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Engage with Teachers & Beneficiaries
- Regularly follow up with teachers, mentors, and program participants to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide support and guidance to volunteers, helping them stay motivated and engaged.
- Collect & Analyze Feedback
- Conduct surveys and structured interviews to gather feedback from teachers and beneficiaries.
- Identify areas for improvement and share insights with the program team.
- Capture Impact Stories
- Conduct video interviews with beneficiaries, mentors, and teachers to collect testimonials.
- Document success stories for use in reports, funding applications, and social media.
- Community Engagement
- Help organize online events, Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities for volunteers.
- Encourage engagement and participation across TEEI programs.
- Track & Report Engagement
- Maintain records of interactions and provide regular updates to the team.
- Support content creation by sharing insights from the field.
