Description
We seek a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, executing, and completing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. This role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients while managing project documentation and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and permits.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures.
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
