- Lead the day-to-day of the Labor Relations Operations team, consisting of 2-3 direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team has the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Develop and implement Labor Relations administrative processes to support business objectives and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
- Oversee the administration of collective bargaining agreement.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on labor relations matters, including interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as HR and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination on labor relations matters.
- Analyze labor relations data and trends, identifying areas for process improvement and process standardization that support labor relations strategies and programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR and Operations stakeholders, union leaders and representatives, ensuring positive and productive labor relations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in labor relations training and development programs, staying current on best practices and industry trends.

- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Labor Relations or a related field or leading employees represented by a Union.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Proven attention to detail with a track record of maintaining high levels of quality.

- Experience with the execution of collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience with labor relations software and systems.
