Graduate Teachers Wanted – Partner with our Northampton Schools!Location: Northampton
Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: £95-120pd (based on experience)Are you a passionate and motivated graduate with a desire to inspire and support students? Teaching Personnel is excited to partner with schools across Northampton to recruit talented and enthusiastic Graduate Teachers to join their dynamic teams. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your teaching career and make a real difference in the lives of students!Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to students across various subjects and key stages
  • Support classroom management to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons alongside experienced teachers
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to help them achieve their academic potential
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (degree in Education or relevant subject area preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop teaching skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards classroom support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
