Livelyhood Pub Group is looking for our next Assistant Manager. OTE £34k – £37KWe’re on the hunt for a lively and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our independent pub family! Then you might just be the oneAs our Assistant Manager, you’ll ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.Who are You?– Someone with a great personality who shares the same passion and love for pubs that we do.– You find enjoyment in creating excellent guest experiences and thrive from putting a smile on both the teams and guests faces.– You love developing the teams with ongoing training, engagement & feedback– You are keen to drive the performance of the pub and will help to achieve it’s financial & non financial KPIs and budgets.– Other qualities we also value are the ability to bring fun and ideas-a-plenty.– You’ll also bring with you your previous relevant Management experience in a £20k + pub or bar and our ideal Assistant Manager candidate will have food-led and/or outdoor/garden experience.– Previous experience working with sport whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.Our Assistant Managers will support the GM and Deputy Manager in the delivery of Livelyhood in their pub in way that has our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.What we are offering

• A competitive salary of £29k – £32k based on your experience + tronc + Bonus

• Additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £5K making OTE £37k

• Additional Assistant Manager bonus plan – £700 a quarter bonus pot
