Job description

Our Client, located in Woodbridge is looking for their next detail-oriented, well-organized, and communicative Bookkeeper to manage financial operations and miscellaneous office administration. The ideal candidate will handle all bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, payments, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth financial workflows and accurate record-keeping.This role is five days a week onsiteAdvantages

  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage bookkeeping tasks.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and income reporting
  • Assisting in month end closing activities
  • Process and verify invoices, disbursements, and payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Handle time sheets, packing slip invoices, and order placements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding payments and invoicing

Qualifications

  • Experience in full cycle accounting including managing the A/P and A/R processes
  • Proficiency in the accounting software QuickBooks.
  • Strong Excel Skills (vlookup, Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent communication skills
