Job Description:WINCANTON Warehouse Colleague ASDA Rochdale – Full time permanent 4x 10 hrs, night shift 20-06.00 hrs on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and MondayWe currently have permanent full-time vacancies for Warehouse Colleague working nights 10 hrs shifts on fixed days – Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.Basic salary £12.85 per hour.
- For overtime (on the same day) £13.30
- Overtime on days off pay is £18.45
- With Night Allowance from 6pm to 6am is £13.79
- Working on a weekend is an extra £1.48 per hour

All work must be carried out in a timely fashion to a high standard of accuracy. You will be working on a 4-day fixed rota pattern, 10 hrs shifts 20.00-06.00 hrs.How will you contribute?
- Reporting to Warehouse Line Managers
- Required to undertake loading, picking and unloading duties which involves lifting of heavy stock/products
- To carry out a variety of warehouse duties to include pallet truck operation and mechanical handling equipment
- To carry out the preparation of store orders accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality level
- To be responsible for the health and safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices
What will you bring?
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience working in chill and freezer environment essential
- Minimum 2 years experience loading vehicles using MHE (such as LLOP or PPT) essential
- Self starter
- Must be adaptable to assist in all areas of the warehouse with a flexible team-based approach
- Will have a good eye for detail combined with basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Will be able to work accurately under restricted timescales
