Employment Solicitor 3+ PQE – BedfordshireWell regarded multi-office regional law firm seeks a senior employment solicitor to join their team based in Bedfordshire.Our client is an established and well known firm with a respected employment practiceThe firm is keen to appoint a talented employment solicitor with c5 years+ pqe to join their busy and expanding team. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work, you will manage a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies on varied and challenging employment law issues.Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Advising both employers and employees
- Negotiating settlement agreements
- Employment Tribunal work including advocacy
- Drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE advice and equal pay issues
- Supervising trainees and more junior members of the team
