David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech outsourcing company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Data Annotator to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.Position: Data AnnotatorLocation: Onsite – Dublin (Leopardstown), IrelandEmployment type: 6 month probation to perm contract. Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manually label and classify data.
• Confirm the accuracy and integrity of data sets.
• Develop specific data sets to assess and enhance quality.
• Evaluate results based on relevance and user requirements.
• Review labeled data and make necessary corrections.
• Keep track of completed tasks and work progress.
• Ensure consistency in data labeling.
• Offer suggestions to improve data labeling practices.
• Work with team members to achieve project goals.
• Analyze results to identify issues and propose improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native in German (C2 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with data labeling and classification.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Good research skills to understand user intentions and behaviors.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
• Ability to listen to and transcribe content accurately (covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills).
• Knowledge of the relevant domain (e.g., audio, text annotation, speech recognition, or natural language processing).
• Experience using annotation tools or platforms.
