This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).Four Seasons Hotel at Tower Bridge is looking for a part-time Spa Receptionist to join our team!The role – (Part time 2 days per week):As the Spa Receptionist, you will be the face of our luxury spa, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You will act as the primary point of contact for spa operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from arrival to departure.What you will do:Greeting and assisting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.Providing expert knowledge on spa treatments, services, and products.Managing spa reservations, scheduling treatments, and coordinating with therapists.Handling inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy in guest bookings.Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization at the reception area.Supporting the Spa team in delivering a five-star guest experience.What you will bring:Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.High level of attention to detail.Strong organizational skills, solid computer skills and a hospitality spirit.Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.Previous experience with Opera or other hotel operating systems is beneficial.Ability to multitask and prioritize is essential.All applicants must hold the Right to Work in the UKJoin the team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge and you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:Competitive Salary.Excellent training and career development opportunities.Up to 20 complimentary nights at any Four Seasons Hotel or Resort around the world based on years of service.Free meals at Pepys Cellar (staff canteen) while on duty including fruits, coffee/tea and fizzy drinks available throughout the day.Free uniform dry cleaning.Annual Themed Employee Party and many social, charitable and sporting events throughout the year.Access to Wagestream– a salary advance benefitEmployee Recognition Programmes&many, many more surprises to discover!We look forward to receiving your application!
