As a key member of our team, you’ll oversee accounting functions, ensure compliance with interprovincial tax regulations, and drive efficiencies in financial processes.   • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including compliance with interprovincial tax regulations and payroll requirements.
  • Drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, streamlining financial workflows for efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, develop KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, including mergers and acquisitions.

What You’ll Bring

  • CPA designation with 8+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Dynamics CRM.
  • Expertise in interprovincial tax compliance and payroll regulations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ERP systems and training others on their use.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Additional Details
This hybrid role is based in Mississauga, ON, requiring 3–5 days on-site during the first three months. Occasional travel may be needed. Familiarity with Canadian tax laws and interprovincial financial nuances is essential.How to Apply
