The Corporate & Foundation Partnerships Manager will develop, execute, and manage restricted and unrestricted corporate and foundation revenue streams. They will cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio to grow the organization’s fundraising capacity and strengthen partnerships that align with the mission and strategic priorities.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective corporate and foundation donors, ensuring personalized communication and engagement.
  • Research and prioritize prospective partners to build a robust pipeline, and develop tailored strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Set, monitor, and report on clear, measurable goals for revenue growth and donor engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Global Health and program teams to craft compelling concept papers, funding proposals, partnership agreements, and impact reports for submission to donors.
  • Record all donor interactions and relationship details in the organization’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate and participate in personal visits to donors and prospects to deepen relationships and advance funding opportunities.
  • Represent Project HOPE at fundraising, cultivation, and mission-related events to build visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and manage corporate partnership activations, including cause-marketing campaigns, employee giving programs, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Stay informed of corporate social responsibility (CSR) trends, foundation funding priorities, and industry best practices to inform strategies and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to develop materials and campaigns that highlight partnership opportunities and impact stories.
  • Track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and partnership deliverables to ensure timely submissions and fulfillment of obligations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members or interns, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of donor appreciation activities, including events, personalized recognition, and public acknowledgments.
  • Identify opportunities for multi-year and transformative partnerships, cultivating long-term investments in Project HOPE’s mission.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Corporate & Foundation Partnerships.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.A./ B.S. degree required, Master degree in Non-profit Management or related degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with an international non-profit in a development or marketing role
  • Proven success in achieving fundraising goals and managing donor portfolios
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing stewardship mailings to family foundations and small businesses
  • Exceptional writing (both creative and analytical) and editing skills, as well as excellent organizational and research skills.
  • Detail-oriented team-player who collaborates across the organization and adheres to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel 30% Note: Project HOPE employees work in the global health field and may be required to travel or work in countries where working conditions are classified as “hardship”.

Salary range starting at $87,000 USD per year based on candidates residing in the US. Compensation for the role is dependent on several factors including a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
