- – Lead and mentor a distributed, multidisciplinary team to manage both operational support and DevOps functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. – Drive and adjust team objectives to meet OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), ensuring continuous improvement and meeting business needs. – Proactively monitor and enhance CI/CD pipelines, addressing potential issues, and implementing optimizations for improved performance and efficiency. – Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify the most effective infrastructure solutions and recommend tools that align with specific business objectives and technological requirements. – Foster close collaboration with development, testing, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment cycles. – Follow and uphold ITIL processes such as incident, change, and problem management, ensuring strict adherence to service management standards. – Ensure high-quality IT support services for internal and external stakeholders, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance key performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. – Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure infrastructure resilience and minimize downtime. – Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and team performance.

- Must-have (soft skills): – Proven experience in team and vendor management, leading teams of 4+ members for at least 2 years, with the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders. – Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration across diverse teams. – Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving skills, with a mindset focused on identifying issues before they arise and driving improvements without direct supervision. – Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within the capital markets or investment banking sectors, with an understanding of the complexities and regulations involved. – Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL processes, particularly in incident, change, and problem management. – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment. – Adaptability and flexibility, able to thrive in dynamic environments and adjust to rapidly changing requirements or priorities. Must have hard skills: – Extensive experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting in production environments. – Proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure (AWS certification preferred), including best practices for cloud security, scalability, and automation. – Extensive hands-on experience with DevSecOps and GitOps methodologies, integrating security practices into the CI/CD pipelines. – Expertise with HashiCorp tools such as Terraform and Vault. – Strong experience with GitHub, including GitHub Actions – Proficiency with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, with a CKA certification as a bonus. – Excellent troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving system, network, and application-level issues. – Strong understanding of networking concepts – Familiarity with security gates and QA tools, ensuring secure software development lifecycles (SDLC). – Comprehensive knowledge of security practices, including SSL/TLS, encryption techniques, and certificate management. – Scripting and automation expertise, particularly in Python and Bash, with a solid understanding of API integrations for system automation.
