Job description
The Support Officer role involves working with families and children who are supported within the child in need, child in care and child protection arena. As part of the role, you will assist children and families in accessing essential services and resources to ensure their well-being. Direct work with families is a crucial part of the role and you will be part of assessing the needs of children and families, providing guidance and support, and connect them with community programmes and support services.You will work to support North Lincolnshire Council’s One Family Approach, to ensure the best possible outcomes for families and children.
