Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel opportunity in the beautiful town of Taos, NM. - Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to help patients recover and improve mobility.
- Track patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve function.
- Document patient progress and treatments in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and new treatments in physical therapy.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Doctoral or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current PT license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and deliver high-quality patient care.
