Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel opportunity in the beautiful town of Taos, NM.   • Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to help patients recover and improve mobility.
  • Track patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve function.
  • Document patient progress and treatments in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and new treatments in physical therapy.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current PT license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and deliver high-quality patient care.
