This role is ideal for an undergraduate passionate about data management, analytics, and business strategy. As an integral part of our team, you’ll help ensure data accuracy and develop innovative tools to maintain data quality. Your insights will empower our organization to refine market strategies, set targets, and enhance our service offerings.What You’ll Be Doing:Data Management: Work closely with colleagues and business partners to collect and maintain accurate data. Use tools like Excel and Power BI to identify insights, troubleshoot data issues, and suggest improvements to enhance existing processes.Data Enhancement: Partner with sales and operations teams to refine our installed base data. Utilize your analytical skills and keen attention to detail to identify data discrepancies and recommend actionable changes.Power BI Utilization: Develop and maintain reports in Power BI, becoming a key resource for this platform. Your reports will provide valuable insights into sales data, customer assets, and more.Reporting and Analysis: Create comprehensive reports using CRM systems and Power BI, covering areas such as territory sales data and customer asset lists. Your analysis will help shape strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.Team Support: Collaborate with team members across various departments, providing essential support such as customer service and administrative tasks when needed.Who We’re Looking For:Educational Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Other degrees will also be considered.Analytical Skills: A strong analytical mindset and a love for working with data are essential to thrive in this role.Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office applications.
