Job description
The post holder will work as part of the Car Leasing team and will play a crucial role in supporting the Supervisor across the whole range of functions. They will have particular responsibility for co-ordinating the authorisation process with contracted garages/ body shops, Trust workshops, and lease companies, monitoring work carried out, charges and service delivery, and for dealing with any related problems. - NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification plus additional knowledge of financial procedures/contract law to Diploma Level obtained through formal qualifications (e.g. CIPS) and/or equivalent experience; or equivalent level of experience within a Business Admin/Procurement environment.
- General understanding of contracts management
- Willingness to undertake appropriate training to enhance knowledge of specialised equipment and technical procedures to ensure value for money and support compliance with cost improvement initiatives

- Sound knowledge of workshop and garage technical operations
- Detailed technical knowledge of vehicle and mechanical fitting practices and procedures

- Experience of using financial systems such as Oracle for the ordering of supplies
