Working with Consultants, Technicians and the Admin/Secretarial Team to provide administration support to ensure bookings of In and Outpatient Activity is recorded correctly and in a timely manner.Main duties of the jobBooking In and Outpatient Appointments. Sending invites to patients, booking appointments and ensuring information leaflets are sent as needed.   • Previous NHS experience within office enviroment
  • Previous experience with Trust Data Systems and EPR systems
  • Experience of filing systems

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet specific deadlines
  • Clear understanding of patient confidentiality & data protection

  • Knowledge of Referral to Treatment pathways ( RTT) and referral management
