Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as the Office Administrator will include:
- Print files, assemble client packages, manage invoicing, schedule appointments, and scan signed documents.
- Order, receive, and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies.
- Record incoming client payments and manage client packages via courier or registered mail.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing for office staff.
- Communicate with clients regarding various requirements and inquiries.
- Support project management tasks, such as tracking timelines and facilitating team communication.
- Prepare daily and weekly bank deposits and record receipts.
- Answer inbound inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate person.
- Resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
- Schedule internal and external appointments.
- Perform other duties as required.
What You Bring to the Role
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in office administration (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $50,000 â $60,000 depending on experience
