We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Accounts specialist to join our Clients dynamic team. Their focus is on building strong partnerships that inspire growth and maximise potential across their diverse portfolio of products and services.About the RoleAs a pivotal member of their team, you will spearhead the development and management of strategic customer relationships. You will lead initiatives that enhance their customers’ success while driving organisational objectives. Your role will be critical in executing tailored growth strategies that align with both the company’s and their clients’ visions.Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Partnership Development: Cultivate and deepen relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals while driving mutual growth.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the execution of customer business plans, optimising available resources to enhance profitability across various brands.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and customer demographics to identify opportunities and challenges that might affect account performance.
  • Performance Management: Foster communication with key decision-makers, ensuring the effective implementation of programs and gathering insights for further improvement.
  • Sales Forecasting & Analytics: Utilise data-driven insights to predict sales trends and guide strategic decision-making processes effectively.
  • Service Delivery Excellence: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, striving to exceed their expectations by implementing service improvements based on client feedback.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for a proactive Key Accounts leader with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) coupled with a proven track record in managing and developing key accounts, ideally within FMCG, FM, or HORECA sectors.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You possess the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective communication.
