The RoleAs a Freelance Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to train gym members who expect the highest standards of coaching and care. This is a role for a trainer who is truly passionate about helping clients achieve long-term health and well-being, with a focus on strength, mobility, recovery, and sustainable results.You will be an integral part of a premium fitness team, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional guidance, tailored programs, and a five-star experience from the moment they step into the gym.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to each client’s individual goals, fitness levels, and health considerations.
• Provide expert instruction, motivation, and hands-on coaching to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
• Conduct fitness assessments and progress tracking, adjusting programs to maximise client success.
• Educate clients on movement, recovery techniques, and holistic wellness strategies to enhance their fitness journey.
• Maintain detailed client records, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for returning guests.
• Stay up to date with fitness trends and research, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
• Work collaboratively with the gym and spa team to maintain high standards of service and care.

The Person:We are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and client-focused PT who understands the expectations of a luxury wellness environment.Skills & Experience

• Level 3 Personal Training certification (or higher) from a nationally recognised organisation.
• First Aid certification from a reputable provider.
• 2 years proven experience designing and delivering tailored fitness programs for clients of all levels.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and proper training techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with high-value clients.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, with a strong emphasis on longevity and sustainable results.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients, adapting training styles to suit individual needs.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage your sessions efficiently within the gym’s framework.
• Experience in a luxury, hospitality, or premium fitness environment is a plus.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
